SPEAKING ENGAGEMENTS
Invite Pastors Bill and Jessica to your community to share their powerful insights on biblical history, inner healing, forgiveness, and abortion recovery. With a heart for restoration, they also offer valuable perspectives on marriage, relationships, and the importance of knowing who you are in Christ. Their teachings are relevant for individuals, families, women's or men's groups, and youth groups, making each session impactful and transformative. Bring them to your next event and experience the freedom and healing that comes from God's Word.
Jessica Francavilla calls herself a Southern-adopted Northerner - originally from Massachusetts she resides in Virginia, where her love for people, creativity, and the presence of God has shaped the course of her ministry. With a heart for connection and restoration, she brings warmth, authenticity, and vision into every space she leads. She and her husband Bill have been married for almost two decades and have raised four children together, building both family and ministry side by side.
Jessica is an ordained minister with Open Bible Churches and serves as a board member for Open Bible Churches, where she invests in the health, direction, and future of the movement. Her leadership is marked by encouragement, discernment, and a deep commitment to seeing leaders thrive in both calling and character.
An accomplished artist, Jessica weaves creativity into ministry in powerful ways. She leads prophetic and inner healing art sessions that create space for individuals to encounter God personally and experience freedom from past wounds. Jessica’s passion is to see people restored, equipped, and walking confidently in the freedom Christ has secured for them.
Bill Francavilla has called Virginia home for most of his life. His love of history, faith, and storytelling has shaped everything he does. He studied History and Theater at Lynchburg College, a combination that gave him both a deep appreciation for the past and a gift for bringing it to life. After graduating, he met and married his wife Jessica, and together they raised their four children.
In 2017, Bill has a masters degree from Liberty University, where he studied theology. He has had the honor of serving on the mission field in Mexico, the Dominican Republic, Cuba, and Guatemala, serving communities whose histories and struggles have profoundly informed his perspective. He has also dedicated over two decades to the classroom as an educator with a passion to invest in the next generation pointing them toward Jesus.
Bill currently serves as senior pastor of Living Hope Church in Williamsburg, Virginia, where his deepest calling remains the discipleship of believers - walking alongside them with pastoral care, spiritual depth, and an unwavering conviction that every person is capable of reaching their fullest potential in Christ.
